As part of our Where We are in Place and Time unit, we have been learning about civilizations in the

Research Skills
When I was researching I enjoyed watching videos and writing notes in my language books about what
they wore and how they lived.
they wore and how they lived.
Something that was challenging was writing the information report because it was challenging to copy
and paste on the slide.
and paste on the slide.
Here are my research notes and my presentation.
We all shared our information in different ways. I chose to do a voice recording.
A good thing about this was it worked and people liked it. Something that was challenging was it was
new! Ms. Rhead, Ms. Lynne, and I had to figure out how it worked and I had to record in the book room
where it was quiet.

Knowledge, Connections and Questions
After reading and listening to other people sharing their information, I have learned some new things and
I have some questions and connections.

Connections- I know and we use some of the Vikig words.
Questions- Why are egyptian building pyramids and they are not living in the pyramids?
Time Management
I sometimes used my time well. Next I will use my time well everytime we get to work on it.
You have set yourself a time management goal, Nikolay. Let's review this after the holidays.
